
Welcome to this short and sweet 10-minute yoga class – perfect for all levels and absolutely no props needed! Whether you’re just waking up, need a mid-day break, or want a relaxing wind-down, this full body stretch will leave you feeling refreshed and amazing in just 10 minutes.
We’ll start from the top of the body and work our way down with gentle, mindful movements including:

🌿 Seated side bends

🌿 Seated cat-cows
🌿 Gentle backbends & sphinx pose
🌿 Thread-the-needle stretch
